I found SawneePeak Appliance Repair through a Google search when I needed Freezer Repair in Cumming, GA. My freezer had started warming up, food was getting soft, and I wasn’t about to wait around and lose everything in there. They got me on the schedule pretty fast. The technician showed up on time, was polite, and got right to it. No dragging things out. He checked the temperature, airflow, coils, and a couple other parts, then explained what was going on in a normal way. Turned out the issue was with the defrost system, and he handled the repair the same visit. That was a relief. What I liked most was how straightforward the whole service felt. Clean work, fair pricing, no weird upsell talk. After the Freezer Repair, the unit started cooling the way it should again, and by later that day everything was back to normal. It’s been running solid since. If you’re looking for Freezer Repair in Cumming, I’d definitely recommend SawneePeak Appliance Repair. They were professional, easy to deal with, and actually fixed the problem without making it complicated. Hard to ask for more than that. Good local company, and I’d call them again if another appliance acts up.
